Swan Valley Gourmet Fungi are a small mushroom farm based in Gidgegannup and have been growing several species of edible fungi since 1999. They grow Shiitake, Oyster, King, Reishi, Lionsmane, Pink & Yellow Oyster. They supply fresh mushrooms and Home Grow Fungi farms. Whilst they are not organic they do not use any sprays or pesticides and only use locally sourced growing materials
