Each loaf is a culmination of a 30-hour rising and resting process using the finest of ingredients. The range is baked in traditional European Style and consist of Organic Pure Soughdoughs using Organic Rye, Wholemeal, White, Quinoa, Spelt, Buckwheat and Lentil Flours. All breads are preservative free, dairy free, imulsifer and clour free.
