IMPORTANT NOTES TO CONSIDER BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR APPLICATION

Cancellations must be received at least by the Wednesday prior to Sunday's market to avoid paying stall fees.
This is an outdoor event, you are required to bring your own equipment, the event will still run if rain is forecast.
The market rules relating to the safety of gazebos are set out at Clause 2.8 of the Kalamunda Chamber of Commerce Farmers Market Regulations and Guidelines. Please confirm that you have read and understood that clause and will comply therewith.
The market rules relating to the use of electricity and cooking facilities are set out at Clauses 3.1 and 3.2 of the Kalamunda Chamber of Commerce Farmers Market Regulations. and Guidelines. Please confirm that you have read and understood those clauses and will comply therewith.

FOOD & BEVERAGE VENDORS – IF YOU ARE SELLING FOOD OR BEVERAGES ENSURE THAT YOU ARE COMPLIANT WITH THE CITY OF KALAMUNDA HEALTH DEPARTMENT REQUIREMENTS AND HAVE THE PROPER CITY OF KALAMUNDA LICENCE. PLEASE SCAN OR PHOTOGRAPH YOUR LICENCE AND UPLOAD IT HERE. IF YOUR LICENCE IS NOT AVAILABLE YOU CAN EMAIL IT TO US AT LEAST 30 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR FIRST MARKET DAY. Other local government licences are not valid. Contact us if you have any queries.

FAQ’s

We are predominantly a produce market. We do take craft, however we have limited spaces for artisan stores, except for our Christmas market and other events we may organise during the year.
Stall fees are $71.50 (inc GST) for a 3m x 3m stall space. $77 (inc GST) for a powered site.
Powered sites are available, however, they are limited.
Application process involves completing an EOI ,The Market Manager will get in contact with you within the week.
Can nominate to host a stall, monthly, fortnightly or weekly.
All food stalls must comply with the Food Act 2008 and any City of Kalamunda Health Department requirements.
